#This is a sample file distributed with Galaxy that enables tools
#to use .crr reference files.  You will need to download or create 
#the .crr reference files and then create a cg_crr_files.loc file 
#similar to this one (store it in this directory) that points to 
#the location of the files.
#The cg_crr_files.loc file has this format (white space characters 
#are TAB characters):
